This Ramadhan program includes:
- 4 workouts per week with exercise video guides and tracking progression
- Dumbbells only required (can use cans or heavy objects if needed)
- Focused on strength and flexibility training
- Workouts are 30 minutes and less
- Fit Fast accountability group
- In-app tracking Ramadhan specific goals (ie: Read Quran everyday, break your fast with water and a date, etc.)
Once your payment comes through, you will be added to the fit fast program on the fsk fit app and will be added to the facebook group!
